Hey all :) It's the year of the rabbit and we, at By Aurora, would like to wish everyone a prosperous new year! We hope you have a great holiday with much happiness and merriment.
The pre-orders will recommence on the 10th of February and for customers in Batch #4, we were unable to place your orders as the supplier rejected our order due to their courier services going on holiday. If you would like a refund, please inform us, and we will do so promptly. If you would still like your items, we will order them as soon as the supplier informs us that we are able to do so.
To customers in Batch #2 and #3, we understand that we have caused a massive inconvenience in the delay of the shipment, but we were not careful enough and ended up with our orders being delayed and things getting caught up in the new year holidays. However, we have made full payment to the supplier and the items will be on their way after the 10th of February, so fret not, we are not out to con your hard-earned money. We are very sorry for the unsatisfactory service and we thank you for your faith and patience.
